Welcome!
Christine Stammers Support Coordination or CS SC for Short, is a NDIS Registered Business, delivering Level 2 Coordination of Supports & Specialist Support Coordination.
I am experienced and skilled in delivering the following supports to people, and or their families/ guardians.
- Experienced in working with the Complex Needs Support Team (CSN), working through complexities, challenges and supporting best outcomes.
- Experienced in working with the HLO - Hospital Liaison officer of the NDIS, for either transfer out of hospital to community or for when you are needing a bedside review to suit your changing disability needs.
- Experienced in working with people and their families in understanding and supporting connection with SIL & SDA providers that meet your needs.
- that your SIL & SDA ratio of supports is adequate to meet your needs and will support you through the review process to ensure successful outcomes.
- Strong ability to work with advocacy services and Members of Parliament to ensure your NDIS plan covers your disability needs. Including adequate funding in your NDIS Plan to cover training needs of your supports, for your Disability and Health related supports.
I am fully mobile and can come to you!
I'm registered to work with people over the age of 18 and have a broad skill set in working with people and their family members from a variety of different backgrounds.
I'm experienced in working with people who have intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory, anxiety, and people who require either flexible in-home supports or who have supports through SIL & SDA.

I'm a registered Sole Trader, which means I am not linked to any one organisation, which has great benefits for you:-
- Greater flexibility in delivery of my services, in that I can meet with you and your family/Carers during the week and on a Saturday morning, either in your home, local library or coffee shop.
- I cover most of the Eastern side of Moreton Bay Regional Council and the Southern Section of the Sunshine Coast.
- Able to come to you if you live in the Toowoomba or Warwick, on pre-arranged visits on a 2 monthly rotation.
- Able to work remotely if you live outside of this area.
- I'm able to meet with you via Zoom if we can't physically meet up.
- I only keep a small case load and do not have other competing demands on my time, so I am able to provide you with high quality, person centered support.
- CS SC has been running since March 2019 and passed my first NDIS Audit in 2020, which was determine that I'm practicing in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guide lines.
- I am Registered Community Service Worker with ACWA - Australian Community Workers Association
- I am able to individually tailor my services to suit you.

Christine Stammers Support Coordination or CS SC for short has met the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Practice Standards.
HDAA conducted the Audit for this and have given approval for their Mark to be displayed on this web page.

My Vision
My Vision is for people who are Participants of the NDIS and those that care for them, feel empowered and confident through informed decision making, to make choices and decisions for themselves that will aid them in leading a life they choose.
This is achieved through working together, mentoring and supporting you to grow in your confidence as a person to make decisions that are right for you and your circumstances, as no two people are ever the same.
My Aim, is that by the end of the Support Hours with you, is that you will have grown in your confidence to navigate better the NDIS system, have a greater understanding of how to utilise your funding and most importantly achieve your goals, however this looks for you.

Understanding Your NDIS Plan
Understanding your NDIS Plan and how to utilise your funding can feel a bit over whelming at times, understanding the new words, finding providers who are right for you and at the same time still trying to manage your day to day life. That's a lot to take in and do.

- a link to the NDIS Auslan page, which has video's explaining the NDIS using Auslan.
In my business Christine Stammers Support Coordination or CS SC, I supply the NDIS Line Items of Support Connection & Coordination of Supports , to people who are over the age of 18, who have a wide range of disabilities. I have previously worked with people who use TIS or Auslan interpreters, or who use communication aids. More information can be found here at my Services Tab.

Carers and Family members of a person with a disability are people I value, and with permission from the person with a disability, I incorporate their feedback and knowledge into how I work, as they are the people who know you and can help guide me.

Coverage Area of CS SC
I cover most of the following Divisions of Moreton Bay Regional Council in Queensland - 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, and the suburbs of Burpengary and Morayfield of Division 12.
I'm able to work with you at a variety of community settings, where your privacy and confidentiality will be upheld.
I do understand that for a variety of reasons people are unable to meet me in community settings, and would prefer services to be delivered in their homes. I am registered and insured to provide in-home Support Coordination to people.
